Purpose and provider
These General Terms and Conditions relate to the use of kismetalsator.hu, quotation requests for industrial and agricultural tents, and subsequent contracts. Quotation requests and formation of the contract
Placing a product in the basket and submitting the quotation request does not by itself conclude a purchase contract. The seller reviews the request, issues a personalised quotation, and the subsequent express acceptance of that quotation may establish the contract. Automated acknowledgements confirm receipt only.
Products and prices
Product descriptions provide material characteristics. Unless otherwise stated, displayed prices are in Hungarian forints and include 27% VAT. Obvious errors may be corrected before the parties conclude a contract, allowing the customer to decide whether to proceed on the corrected terms.
Payments, delivery and installation
Available payment arrangements may include bank transfer, bank card through an enabled payment provider, cash or cash on delivery as agreed. The quotation and accepted contract determine shipping, installation, delivery dates, expenses and applicable technical requirements.
Consumer rights, withdrawal and warranty
Consumer withdrawal and termination rights, statutory conformity, product liability and warranty rules depend on the nature of the contract and goods. The rules for individually manufactured goods may differ. Mandatory warranty for covered durable goods currently has two price-based periods: two years for HUF 10,000–250,000 and three years above HUF 250,000. The regulation may cover certain small enterprises under its conditions; this does not automatically mean every tent is covered.
Complaints and dispute resolution
Please contact Kismetál Kft. with any complaint. Consumers may also contact competent consumer-protection authorities, conciliatory bodies and courts under applicable rules. The former EU ODR platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025.
Privacy and language
Processing of enquiry and order data is covered by the Privacy Policy. Hungarian law governs unless otherwise agreed. The language of the contract is Hungarian unless the parties expressly agree otherwise.
